Café Cito is one of my top 3 local coffee spots now. The Spanish latte is good, but the cafe de olla latte with mocha is delicious 🤤. Parking lot is inexpensive and right next door. They have a small seating area on the first floor and bigger seating area upstairs. Can’t wait to be back.

The coffee was very good, but unfortunately the customer service completely overshadowed the experience. My friend and I were visiting from San Diego and wanted to support a local coffee shop. When we walked in, three employees were talking among themselves, and no one acknowledged or greeted us. When the matcha we wanted wasn’t available, the employee simply said “we don’t have it” without offering any alternatives until I specifically asked. Throughout the interaction, every question we asked was met with short, uninterested responses, making it feel like we were inconveniencing the staff. After placing our order, our drinks sat on the counter for several minutes without our names being called. We only realized they were ours because we happened to look inside. When we picked up our drinks, I said “thank you,” but the staff ignored us and continued their conversation. It wasn’t until I loudly repeated “thank you” that they acknowledged us. Great coffee can bring customers in, but great customer service keeps them coming back. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and hospitality made this an experience I won’t be returning for.

This place had been on my list for awhile and I finally made it out - and it did not disappoint! I got the iced cafe de olla latte and I loved it! Right balance of sweet and strong. My boyfriend got the bon bon iced latte, he liked it. Overall good service and they were fast! We really enjoyed it and would come back!

We were visiting Santa Ana last week and tried several coffee places, but Cafe Cito was by far the best! Such a rich smooth flavor! We got a cafe de olla latte and pistachio latte. Both were delicious!

Just had the most amazing coffee experience at this place!! Brianna and Ren were super sweet and made my day so much better. Their coffee choices were absolutely perfect, I couldn't get enough of it. It's always such a pleasure to have friendly baristas who make you feel welcome. They really know how to make a great cup of coffee. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their delicious brews. Thanks, guys, for making my day so special!

Drinks were delicious and the staff members were so nice. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a café where you can grab a drink and snack to sit inside and/or outside. 😊

I visited Café Cito and really enjoyed the drinks! I tried the half-sweet Café de Olla latte and the cold brew with foam—both were delicious. The service was great as well. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by for a drink.

Discovered this cute cafe in downtown Santa Ana. I ordered a matcha and it was absolutely delicious! Very spacious they have plenty of seating in the upstairs area, perfect place to do some work. Wish I lived closer to this area. Would definitely recommend you check it out.
